The girl punk band "Dysentery" was formed in Kyoto in 1983 and made a strong impact. The band's straightforward, condescending lyrics and lazy, new-wave punk sound are fresh even today. The first album, Take Me to Dysentery, released in 1988, is a masterpiece of dysentery, and this is the first time it has been reissued on analogue vinyl.
