1. It can take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. I am one guy selling records as a hobby out of my apartment. This is not my day job nor is it my only hobby. Please don't e-mail asking where your order is if it's been less than 2 weeks. The answer is almost assuredly: I haven't had a chance to mail it yet. I have been doing my label/distro for 20 years now. I am not ripping anybody off. I am an adult with a busy adult life.
2. It can take 2-3 weeks for me to respond to e-mails. E-mails are a lower priority than filling orders. I am not on a computer every day. Please do not e-mail me multiple times in quick succession. It will not get a faster response, it will mess up my workflow when I do carve out time to respond, because I respond to every e-mail, always have and hopefully always will.
3. We will definitely use an appropriate value for the customs form on international orders. We know how it is. =P
4. You should receive an automated PirateShip e-mail with tracking information when your order ships.
5. If we messed up your order in some way, sorry about that!! Mistakes are rare but everybody makes them sometimes. Please e-mail [email protected] and remind us of your name/address and order info and kindly explain what went wrong, and we'll sort it out, no worries. =)
