DEBAUCH MOOD's 40th record release is Arcadian Starship's 'So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish (LP)'.
2010s ~ Arcadian Starship began as a solo project by Shirahama, the core melody maker and arrangement master of The Sleeping Aides And Razorblades (Sapporo, hereafter SAAR), which many people had favorited.
After releasing his solo masterpiece 'Dedicated to winslow leach (12')' from this label in 2020, the project moved its residence to Kansai and was reorganized as a band.
With the release of their first single 'No Feelings (7")' in 2024, their live performances in the Kansai region ~ have steadily increased. They showcase a charm that penetrates the listener's eyes and ears, and their fleeting innocence and the quality of the songs have become well-known and well-known.
The members formed in Kansai include vocals Gt_Shirahama (SAAR), Gt_Hacchori (Deadbeat Club, ODDLY), Ba_shinya (ex-Famous Painters), Dr_Tora (ex-Frantic Stuffs, ex-Diskover, etc.). These four members. Their collective Full-Length Album (LP), which combines several years of songs, arrangements, and total sounds, will be released in early summer 2026.
This work was completed after about a year of creative activity, with the aim of encapsuing the entire process from solo work to band reconstruction ~ to the present.
In other words, the goal was to create a recording that prioritizes "leaving traces as traces while it's still possible," aiming to create a sound source that vividly and layeredly reflects the individuality, song balance, and roughness of the current members.
When we asked the members about their images of each song,

Classic songwriting images from Hanoi Rocks' 1st album, 90s Power Pop (like Adam Schmitt), Elvis Costello, Badfinger, and The Kinks, along with XTC, Buzzcocks' 'Trade Test Transmission,' and Eddie & the Hot Rods' The atmosphere when The Damned covers Love and Electric Prunes also serves as a foundation. The influence of Only Ones' "Another Girl, Another Planet," as well as Psychotic Youth and Senseless Things, which I've loved since my teens, was also significant. For their performances, while keeping Crocodiles' third track in mind, they also incorporated the band's signature mild punk vibe, as seen in Hollies' 'Evolution' and Good Vibrations. Some songs aim to evoke Jim Basnight's "I Wanna Be Yours" and Mick Jones style, while others reference The Knack's "Wait and See," The Innocents' "Sooner or Later," and The Decibels' "Kiss Me Carolynne." Some songs initially started with the texture of Aztec Camera's "Sister Anne" and later Registrators, but then changed their style significantly through band arrangements. At the end, references such as New Order, Mark Beer's "Pretty," and Communions' "Cobblestones" 7" overlap.
Initially, the focus was on a gorgeous soundscape centered on loud guitar sounds, but as the work progressed, ideas gradually grew, eventually settling on the power pop/garage texture of songs like Patsy's Rats and King Tuff from about ten years ago. It aims for a soundscape that appears to have a slight gap between the sound and the eardrum.

received an answer that seems to be cross-disciplinary with the times.
The strength of this band's influence is strongly felt under a strong time-travel fantasy that traces the total Pop/R&R from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s~present.
Track list.
Only memorable and memorable songs are prepared to be hummed, and while absorbing Power Pop, 70's UK Punk, Indie/Guitar Pop, and 90's UK Melodic Punk from various eras, Glam is reunveiled in 2026 with the same comfort as oldies VO groups. You can also enjoy watching the Rock race forward.
The aforementioned influences include surprising song developments whose interpretation of music is unclear, as well as rearrangements of classic solo hits, all featuring subtle, deeply melodious melodic songs throughout.
Since his teenage years, he has loved Mega City Four, Exploding Hearts, and Senseless Things, and his fundamental talent drives the modern era, with a universal nostalgia featuring a 500% pale chest-tightening vocal. Strongly supporting this, the GT lead play, which seems to have too many things to play, forms the dimension of the song. The melody line, which runs while strongly supporting the entangling bottom, overflows in the Ba details, and the tightness that feels near and far blends gently with the Dr's fixed point, creating a rounded rhythm for the entire song and recording.
As an extension of SAAR, the pinnacle power "Pop" punk group born as a crucible in Japan, their style showcases a strong blend of Japanese Catchiness and R&R exploration, creating a compelling synergy with this work, which continues to grow far beyond the past.
This audio source is the crystallization of Japanese Power Pop/Pop Punk, which mines historical backgrounds from the ground up, and will be a refreshing drop for early summer 2026. And just before that, it is also the disc that is dropped as a large amount of heat.
What they universally value is a sincere dedication to the history of music, which is completely free from adaptation to the scene or resignation due to population decline. Rightly, it is nothing but an expression of a strong love for music.
