The punk scene in Mallorca has always been in good health. Since Cerebros Exprimidos opened the ban more than 3 decades ago, a good handful of bands have put the island on the map. But the years go by quickly and a generational change was necessary with new ideas, new bands, new audience...
That's where Lakra comes in, not only as a band but as a collective; After a long history of concerts est@s 4 young people decide to record at Impala Uno (San Jordi, Mallorca) and spit out 5 songs of fresh, fast, urgent and primitive punk. Musically, bands like Orden Mundial or Puñal can bring to mind with an aftertaste of old Finnish bands, but with a personal touch and the vision of un@s teenagers who live in 2025 a present without a future, on an island without a future where you can no longer live.
