In 1999 the Calambre Discos label, through its Rock & Core division, began the project of rescuing studio recordings of underground groups for publication in compact disc format. The first work brought together in a shared edition (split) the hardcore punk groups Kaos General and the crossover Situación Hostil. The recordings had been edited at the time as demos. He had done the first in 1988 after sessions at Gerald Paz's Master studio; and the second the following year in Miki González's studio, which was published on the cassette “Abracadabra”.
